I’ve spent close to 20 years in residential real estate — 17 of them as a broker in Toronto. I worked extensively on the client side, held the title of VP of Sales at a large development marketing firm, and built and ran residential sales teams from scratch. I didn’t learn this industry’s problems from a report. I lived them.
When AI started transforming how businesses operate, I was perfectly positioned to see what it could actually do. The pain points I’d watched chew up careers and revenue for nearly two decades — slow lead response, databases nobody had time to work, agents drowning in admin — were exactly the problems AI was built to solve. So I parked my license, got certified as an AI consultant through a renowned program in the US, and went all in.
